ZERO COST Seriously my design with NO COST

HOW & WHY because with your consent I will be filming before and after for my portfolio & social media. You have my design expertise and I am able to showcase your space and the process of us working together. Let’s do this I am excited to be part of this process!

HOW Do YOU SIGN UP?

I am in New York and looking to have more before and after spaces for my portfolio and show on social media.
1. I have a form attached so I can understand if your space and Budget match my design style.

2. Once you fill out the form If you are selected we will set up a call or zoom so I can understand more about your space, the feeling you want and go over the form.

3. If you are close I will need to come see the space and measure, take pictures, and a before Video of the space.

4.I will provide a design plan with a Mood board and color sections. A List of curated selected items with prices and suggestion of floor plan Based off of YOUR BUDGET.

5.You have the option to purchase what I am suggesting or not and then we work on next steps with moving forward with your approval.
there are no surprises.

6. Based off of step 5 - Next steps may be ….setting up of painting, wall papering, carpentry The moving and re arranging of the furniture MAY happen. With some B- roll documenting the process for me and a FINAL Filming that will show the design process you don’t have to be in the Final filming or you can - we can make it work !

QUESTIONS MANAGING YOUR EXPECTATIONS

My design services are free. I am not being paid for the design, organization, or the Filming. THAT’s all up to me.

Being accepted means that you do have a Budget for Furniture, Home decor items, Some Trade Professionals to work and I will be providing Clear pricing and suggestions based on your budget. You will have the option to buy what I suggest or pass on it .

No problem.

I am in New York, and your space maybe fantastic to use but certain buildings are strict. I have insurance and I also have to work out at times we will discuss that at on the call.

I am open to work on one room studios, to multiple rooms or entryways and offices Air B and B’s too.

I have designed for TV kitchen shows, so I understand what goes into a kitchen to creating memorable Livingroom sets. And If a renovation is suggested we will speak about that too I have many professional contacts.

Renters are possible contenders it’s more about how strict your building is and what you approve for design.

It can take 2- 8 weeks depending the size of the project, the building and then the ordering of furniture and install.
